Call Center Representative/Customer Service
As a Call Center Representative in our Printer Repair Service, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to printer issues, repair requests, and general service information. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting basic problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding printer malfunctions, service requests, and repair status.
Process service requests, schedule repairs, and coordinate with field technicians.
Maintain customer records by updating details and documenting conversations.
Follow-up with customers to confirm repairs, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.62 - $25.56 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
